The Director of Legal Affairs will have a strong understanding of state and local laws, be a fully licensed attorney and oversee the day-to-day operations of Arrow’s legal department. The position provides expertise, guidance and instruction in family law, civil litigation, and agency policy. The position monitors the progress of all Texas Department of Family and Protective Services court cases within the assigned area of responsibility and takes appropriate measures to ensure the timely and appropriate resolution of those cases. The position interacts routinely with caseworkers, supervisors, program directors and program administrators; agency attorneys, county, and district attorneys, and opposing counsel; judges; agency clients, witnesses, community professionals, and expert witnesses; and protective services clients and the general public.
The Trainer will perform complex training work involving planning, designing, organizing, conducting, and evaluating training programs directed towards Case Managers. Emphasis on professional development, continuous learning, legislatively mandated and certification training; ensuring CLOE training standards are met. The position analyzes training needs, develops, and prepares training materials, coordinates, and conducts training sessions and promotes the use of training services, methods, and techniques.

The Clinical Assessment Contractor provides direct clinical services to clients to include but not limited diagnostic assessments, individual, group and family therapy, as needed. This position prepares written reports required by the agency (progress reports, etc.). The Clinical Assessment Contractor completes and maintains CANS certification. This position performs all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and COA standards.
The Senior Teacher is responsible for assisting the Principal in the daily operation and management of the educational and behavioral components of the school; implements and monitors procedures developed to assure compliance with all state specific certification/school approval requirements and contractual obligations of the school.
